Inspection Plug
Inspection plug is the best & easiest way to inspect (NDT & Visual inspection) without disrupting the insulation system.
FEZECO manufacture & supply good quality inspection plug which can be installed on the outside of the insulation jacket of any insulated system, the inspector can safely & easily get access under the insulation without the need to remove the jacketing and insulation.
This easy access allows an inspector to use a UT meter to perform a thickness measurement and also allows for visual inspection for monitoring for corrosion under insulation (CUI).
Material of Construction
- Inspection plug is manufactured in batches with by using Injection & press molding technology.
- The metal cap, optional handle & locking ring are available in either Aluminium series or Stainless Steel series.
- All lanyards are 304 stainless steel.
- The Plastic sleeve material is high quality Silicon/EPDM based.
- Temperature Range: Suitable for Hot, Cold & cryogenic insulation ranging from -90oC to +1000oC
- Color: Any color can be customized as per esthetics required.
