Home | Phenolic Form (PF) Insulation
Description
Phenolic Foam is a rigid CFC and HCFC Free cellular foam insulation material with substantially closed cell structure ,whose polymer structure is made primarily from the poly-condensation of phenol ,its homologues and/or derivatives with aldehydes and ketones
Advantages
- It has Low K-Value , exceptionally low thermal conductivity
- Low Water vapor transmission and reduces condensation
- Odorless and doesn’t absorb color
- Being mildly antiseptic resists fungal and bacterial growth.
- Corrosion and Chemical Resistance
- It has Anti-static properties
- Fire Performance
- Moisture Resistance
Densities
- 35 Kg/m3 to 65 Kg/m3 for Pipe Sections, Duct and Slabs
- 80 Kg/m3 to 120Kg/m3 for the use of Thermal Supports
Applications
- Under-deck and over-deck(roof) insulation
- Pipe and duct insulation
- Suspended ceilings and partitioning for commercial complexes
- Insulation of vessels ,pipelines in petrochemical ,fertilizer ,chemical plants and refineries
- Insulation of high altitude Shelter
