FEZECO’s Calcium silicate Insulation

FEZECO’s Calcium silicate Insulation is rigid and light weight heat insulation material mainly composed of inorganic siliceous and calcium and made by special technology such as the hydrothermal reaction confirming ASTM C533.

It can maintain the high insulating performance at maximum service temperature of 1000 Deg C for 250 Kg/m3 density with thermal conductivity of 0.078W/mK. It can provide excellent protection on pipelines with super-low chloride ion content, and can be prefabricated to shape up , increasing the service life considerably.

FEZECO’s Perlite Insulation

FEZECO’s Perlite Insulation is an asbestos-free, high-intensity waterproof heat insulating product with high-quality perlite particles as the primary component and constructed by integrating inorganic bonding and reinforced fiber.

It occurs naturally and has the unusual property of greatly expanding when heated sufficiently & is used because of its low density.

Perlite Insulation also can maintain good performance at service temperature of 650 Deg C for 250 Kg/m3 density with thermal conductivity of 0.076W/mK with super-low heat conductivity coefficient and super-low chloride ion content.

The overall water repellence is excellent as it combines heat reservation, thermal insulation as water resistance capabilities, saving large amounts of construction and maintenance costs .
